This was one of the most frustrating listings of 2012 for me. We knew that our price and condition was perfect, but sometimes timing isn’t on your side. We worked really hard on this listing but unfortunately had to drop the price a little bit after a couple months which ultimately ended in a full price offer. This was our only listing of 2012 which required a price drop.
