Rental turned beautiful single family property, meet 2617 S. Duluth Ave.  The owner had used this home for a rental pretty much from day 1 of ownership.  Rentals never translate well to the open market when they are traditionally viewed as a single family property, so we needed to develop a strategy.  That strategy included managing the renter move out, deciding where to update the property, and what was the right balance of improvements vs long term value.  Well with multiple offers in one day on market, I’d say we made the right decisions to maximize this investment for the owners!
