Of all markets in Sioux Falls over the past 5 years, the condo/townhome market was probably hit the hardest. As new construction continues to build these units, the 2000-2007 built units unfortunately lost value as buyers flocked towards newer options. This townhome was in a smaller development in a great area that had seen some long days on market over its past year or two in history so we really knew we were going to have to make this one shine to not be the next example in line. With a lot of specific design elements throughout the home and what turned out to be a great marketing package, we got this townhome sold in 21 days beating the neighborhood average by months, all while the sellers lived on another Continent making daily coordination interesting to say the least. It was a great day.
