Not all sales and listing can be perfectly smooth sailing. Sometimes properties throw you a few curve balls and that was the case for this home. What is a gorgeous house on a beautiful lot, it was also a bit specific, setting up more for working professionals, not necessarily a family with 3 kids. With that, it made the marketing package a bit more difficult in communicating the right message. All in all, the property sold well and with a number that everyone was happy with, but we have pretty high standards here, so having a house take 75 days to sell feels like a failure. We like keeping these sorts of expectations on ourselves even though that would still be a couple months shorter than the average days on market for a property of this price point.
