This was a beautiful twin home. The seller had a perfect decor for the space so we made sure not to ruin a good thing but simply pushed cleaning and polishing, adding finishing touches to really drive home the appeal to our active market competition. Anytime you’re selling a newer home, but especially on the West side, you are always competing against new construction. With that being said unless you have a perfect strategy to over come that objection, new will win every time. This time it didn’t win, we received our list price in 5 days on market. Take that new construction!
