If there was ever a seller that was helpful and accommodating it was this one. We had a great time listing this house and literally transformed the feel from a more specific owner taste to a very clean and new construction vibe. Our stager did a great job and we have the pictures to prove it. After that up front work the sellers put in, they sold quickly and for within $500 of their list price. We even had to talk them into a higher list price. I think they were glad we did.
