This was an awesome house in a really great neighborhood.  At the end of the day, it required one main element to get it sold, vision.  33% of the home had been remodeled leaving the rest for the new potential buyer, and unfortunately where most buyers see projects, they either run or low ball offer.  So we really had to help buyers understand the amount the projects would require, what that mean for long term value, and get a good price for the house as it stood.  Like any home like this, it takes a little bit of time, but after 45 days we got it done.
