What a great custom built home in Brandon. We actually put this on the market in the Summer of 2012 and sold it in 15 days. Unfortunately the deal fell through a week before closing due to circumstances out of our control. SO, we waited until March 1st 2013, listed it again for the same number, and received multiple offers day 1 on market. Happy sellers, happy everyone!
