Sioux Falls has a fairly steady supply of lower priced condos, however most of them are more towards the outdated side of the scale.  So typically the choice is to pay a little more for newer on the outskirts of town, or an older cheaper condo in the Central districts.  This condo was the best of both worlds, right in the heart of the city but completely renovated.  So we really had to be careful in pricing in relation to brand new construction and how much much we would be compared to units for sale in the same building.  Well overall I’d say it worked pretty well.  We sold for a higher price per sq foot than anyone had ever obtained in the building in its history.  Another record set, another good day!
