This sale was a perfect example of the term showcase. Being a newer Southeast side home we had plenty of competition, mainly new construction. The owner was a home perfectionist taking into account every detail over the course of ownership, so that was the central focus, needing to make sure an existing home having been already made perfect and loved was a better option than building 3 lots down. And how do you do that exactly? Showcase. We made this home look absolutely flawless top to bottom. Adding on to the already nice decor, we took on a marketing package that left no stone unturned so our online and in person activity couldn’t resist. Well it worked, and so much so that we received over asking 1 day on market with multiple offers. Not to mention that our over asking sales price was more than what it would have cost brand new down the street. Now that’s a win.
