You never know how some deals will get put together which is why you must always be listening and thinking for what a potential client may need and always be a couple steps ahead.  That was the case with this home.  I had a “pocket listing” if you will, of a seller whom I knew was interested in selling if the timing was right.  I also had a buyer who was struggling to find something on market that fit their style and timeline.  As the saying goes, one thing led to another and the buyer purchased the seller’s home.  Both are great clients, both felt like the situation was perfect and allowed each of them to gain something from the deal that they otherwise probably wouldn’t get from a traditional open market sale.
